Deepak is a finance professional with over 14 years’ experience across practice and industry. He spent more than a decade at KPMG UK, where he specialised in corporate tax and transaction services, leading financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. He has a strong background in financial analysis, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, and previously held an accounts assistant role at NEC Group.
Job role
Deepak is Divisional Controller at Prime, responsible for the day-to-day management of financial information for BaS LIFT’s private sector development partner. His role includes overseeing bank compliance and reporting, and he brings strong expertise in analysing and interpreting financial data. Deepak is skilled at tailoring reports for the Board to support effective decision-making.
