Previous Experience
James started his professional career in the Royal Air Force, before taking on various roles delivering transformation, operational delivery and continuous improvement in the public sector. These roles ranged across Defence, Justice & Immigration, Health & Social Care as well as in Local Government.
Job role
With over 15 years’ experience within the public sector, James is the Midlands Regional Director sitting on multiple LIFTCo boards acting on behalf of Community Health Partnership (CHP). He is passionate about driving productivity, improving health outcomes delivered by the LIFT estate and is keen to support better care in the community.
