Mark joined CHP in 2015 as Investment Director for the Midlands LIFT portfolio. Mark is appointed to the board of eight LIFT Companies (including subsidiaries / holding / investment vehicles) to oversee CHP/DHSC interests, governance, project investment and performance. Prior to working within the public sector, Mark held similar positions representing private sector interests in LIFT.
