He holds a number of other appointments including Non-executive Director of UK Athletics, Chairman of an Advantage West Midlands regeneration zone, a Trustee of Autism West Midlands and he works as an independent business consultant. |

Since qualifying in 1989 as a medical doctor from Kings College Hospital Medical and Dental School, Sarah has spent over 20 years working at senior management and executive level in Urban Regeneration and commercial property development. Her previous experience includes being Chief Executive of Transforming Telford in Shropshire, a public private company that led on the regeneration and economic growth of the town. Sarah was also a Non-Executive Director at Peterborough and Stamford NHS Foundation Trust. |

Rachel joined the NHS as Audit Officer for Bromsgrove and Redditch Health Authority in 1986 and trained as an accountant. Rachel spent the next ten years working in a variety of finance-focused roles in acute, community and mental health providers. In 2002 Rachel joined Solihull Primary Care Trust as Deputy Director of Finance before moving to roles working at the SHA, including at West Midlands South SHA, as Deputy Director of Finance. In 2006, Rachel joined NHS South Birmingham as Director of Finance and Contracting, taking on the role of Acting Chief Executive in 2010 before moving onto the Cluster role in April 2011. |

A Chartered Surveyor by profession, Richard was co-founder of Prime in 1996. His current post is Group Chief Executive of Prime plc and he sits on the boards of all twelve companies within the Prime group, whose activities range from the two LIFTCos, to property development, investment and asset management. Apart from the business aspects of BaS LIFT, Richard's main specialisms are in the fields of project funding and property development.

Richard is both the Legal Director and Company Secretary to BaS LIFT and Commercial Director for Prime plc. Richard joined Prime from Pinsent Masons where he was a partner in their property development team and is highly experienced in the health and social care sector having overseen the procurement of over 50 developments.

Ann is a nurse who has worked in both the public and private sectors of the health industry. Her clinical expertise is in the care of older people. She has had a varied career which includes working as an assistant professor at the University of Hong Kong, at Warwick Business School and as a general manager within the independent care sector.
Ann was Director of Operations for a PCT before she started working as Chief Executive for BaS LIFT Ltd in October 2004. Since then she has worked alongside the local PCTs and the private sector partner, Prime, to develop the company. She also runs Prima 200, the LIFT Company in North Staffordshire.
Ann is passionate about delivering better health services, facilitated through better buildings. She is also a believer in working with many different organisations and continues to work hard to bring public and private sector agencies together who have a common interest in improving health and social care. Through this she hopes that the future will bring more "joined up thinking" to the city's regeneration and redevelopment programme.

With more than ten years operational experience in Public Private Partnership (PPP) and Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects, Jane is responsible for ensuring that BaS LIFT delivers a first class service to the tenants of their buildings. Jane is passionate about customer service, which involves working closely with the private sector partner Prime plc, and the two facilities management contractors, to ensure the buildings remain in a safe and fully functional condition at all times. This takes away any worry from the healthcare professionals, who can confidently concentrate on the services they deliver to their patients.
