Space Utilisation Surveys

Brief
To provide a report of individual room usage at two Primary Care Centres to assess whether the space is being utilised to its full potential.

Solution
On site surveys were carried out verifying physical presence in both PCT clinical, waiting and administration space. Utilisation rates and related issues were recorded and assessed in a strategic management report for both centres.

Challenges
It was necessary to undertake the surveys during operational hours, this required careful planning and working closely with centre staff to minimise disruption and ensure patient privacy.
