Solution
Developed brief and planning application to provide additional clinical and administration space via a two phase development incorporating a refurbishment and two-storey extension.

Challenges
Proximity to water course and adjacent school created sensitivity and flooding issues which were overcome in the design, land contamination issues and replacement of original building contractor led to considerable delay.
