Our Mission & Values

Our mission at BaS LIFT is:

To provide, through the partnership, a unique package of property solutions to the public sector in support of the commissioning of high quality public services for local communities, which are demonstrably value for money.

We do this through a range of activities from the provision and maintenance of new high quality buildings; refurbishment, improvement or extension of current public buildings and property consultancy services, which allow the public sector to achieve value for money from their estate. The BaS LIFT partnership brings together the skills and expertise of the public and private sector participants to improve public services for local people.
