To convert existing GP rooms and a reception area into a dentist suite as part of a new dentist access programme.  Specifications to be developed with a view to providing two specialist suites.

Solution
Our architects had recently undertaken a market test for procurement of dentistry equipment for the Shared Services Department and were able to utilise this information to provide a quick turnaround of outline costs and project timeframes. Our extensive knowledge of the building and current tender figures enabled us to provide projected costs well below budget, with an option of providing an additional third suite still within budget guidelines. Offering a complete turnkey package from procurement, tendering and project management. HoBTPCT had the confidence to confirm the work to us almost immediately.

Challenges
Tight timescales, conversion of existing rooms to be fully operational by 1st September 2010.
