Birmingham and Solihull LIFT Ltd (BaS LIFT) was established in 2004, following the government’s plan to make 'joined-up' public services a reality via the national LIFT programme.

As a joint venture company that delivers cutting-edge health and social care infrastructure, BaS LIFT works in partnership with its long term private sector partner Prime plc, providing a broad range of bespoke property consultancy services to assist its clients in driving productivity and achieving efficiencies through innovation.

BaS LIFT has delivered fifteen new state-of-the-art buildings and with a rapidly increasing number of property consultancy projects completed, an expanding client base and a substantial forward development programme, they are an invaluable service for Primary Care Trusts, other NHS bodies, Local Authorities and GPs looking to modernise or expand their practice.
